WARRANTY
 
REFURBISHMENT

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS SOLD IN THE US

Fly Tyer's Carry-All LLC DBA The Folstaf Company warrants to the original owner that your Folstaf® will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty lasts as long as you own your Folstaf®. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the staff.

What Will The Folstaf Company Do?
For products covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty, The Folstaf Company will either repair or replace the product, at its option, with a new or refurbished product. Replacement products will have functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover defects which result from intentional abuse of the product or when used for a purpose other than its intended purpose. This Limited Lifetime Warranty also does not cover the product if modified in any manner, nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time or damages caused by improper care or accidents.

How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Other Exclusions and Limitations.
CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products sold within the United States, its territories and possessions.

If you are the original owner of a Folstaf® /Volkstaf® /Travlr® in need of service under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, simply follow the steps below. When we receive your staff our Customer Service Team will carefully evaluate it. If your staff is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty and has a defect due to material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our option, with a new or refurbished staff (replacements will have functionality at least equal to that of the staff being replaced) at no charge to you other than for shipping/handling (we do not cover shipping costs — see below).

TO RECEIVE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY SERVICE:
  1. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#):
       607-821-1460 (9am-5pm EST) or
       
  2. Send us the following:
    1. Your original receipt or other proof of purchase (which we will return to you)
      from an authorized Folstaf®) / Volkstaf® / Travlr® dealer
      OR your Product Registration #.
    2. Your staff (no holsters, wading belts or rubber tips, please)
    3. A note telling us the problem and including your RA#.
    4. Your name, address, daytime phone number, and email address
    5. Your non-refundable payment, either by check or credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Discover only), in the amount of $10.00 to cover our cost of return shipping and handling for shipments within the U.S. For shipping outside the U.S. please contact us.

REFURBISHMENT SERVICE

This service is for any Folstaf® that is not covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. No receipt or proof of purchase is required. Simply follow the steps below. When we receive your staff our Customer Service Team will carefully evaluate it and will provide you with a repair cost estimate. Our Refurbishment Department is not a profit center. We will only charge you our actual cost. Once we receive your approval, we will repair your staff and return it swiftly back to you. If within ten (10) days after we provide the cost estimate, you decline this service, or if we do not receive your approval within that time, we will return the product to you unaltered.

TO RECEIVE REFURBISHMENT SERVICE:
  1. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#):
    607-821-1460 (9am-5pm EST) or
  2. Send us the following:
    1. Your staff (no holsters, wading belts or rubber tips, please)
    2. A note telling us the type of refurbishment requested and including your RA#.
    3. Your name, address, daytime phone number, and email address
    4. Your non-refundable payment, either by check or credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Discover only), in the amount of $10.00 to cover our cost of return shipping and handling for shipments within the U.S. For shipping outside the U.S. please contact us.
